Early morning we have this morning routine of going to our toilet to dispose our human wastes. It is automatic for healthy people. I remember once my father have this operation before to remove blocked large intestines. He cannot fart and his stomach becomes large. Thanks for a healthy intestines and all this body parts for removing wastes from our body.

To work with a group of people that do not cause stress and bad feelings is a great blessing. Imagine most of my workers are from the far south of our country and I am one of the three living in the north. I am lucky to have co-workers that are down to earth and pleasant to work with.
